Welcome To Greenbrier Village

Greenbrier Village is a beautiful new integrated supportive housing community for low-income individuals and individuals experiencing or at-risk of experiencing homelessness. Developed between National CORE and the San Diego Community Housing Corporation (SDCHC), Greenbrier Village provides 60 studio and one-bedroom apartment homes for residents. The Hope through Housing Foundation, Interfaith Community Services, San Ysidro Health, and their partners provide onsite supportive services to help residents maintain housing stability.
Located in Oceanside, Greenbrier Village features a spacious community center for resident activities, private offices for case management services, an outdoor terrace, a community garden, a fire pit, laundry facilities, and much more!
